Opencart 2.3.0.2 issues

Hello i installed this plug in on my opencart site and after payment it briefly displays an error message and returns me back to checkout page .. i did install it well . Please someone save me

hey @dondadatech From the error messages, it seems your server configuration has disabled allow_url_fopen. This should be enabled for the plugin to work. Kindly discuss with your server administrator.

its on this is my php.ini file

@dondadatech :( You will need to confirm that your php is actually using this ini file. And that what you put here will override what is specified by your Server administrator.
