Invalid OTP

I just set up pwn-machine on my local environment and on the OTP step of install process, I am getting "invalid OTP" despite entering correct OTP. I tried the QR with google and authy apps but both are giving invalid OTP error no matter which TOTP app I use

Make sure the time is correct on your server, if there is a difference in time between your phone and the server the otp won't work
