Where can I download the compiled version 3.2.1?

Previously, MLDonkey could be downloaded in a pre-built form. But now new versions are published as source code. Where can I download a pre-built MLDonkey?

I do not work on that OS, sorry. I maintain a docker inage (https://hub.docker.com/r/carlonluca/mldonkey). It may work on Windows, but I never tested it.

there is CI so technically can get the built binary from there (with all the corresponding trust issues) but currently windows build is failing so..
