Iteration time

Hi,
When I am going to run the system to equilibrium, without force, I cannot see any progress during the run on terminal or creating any log file. Do you know the reason?

Hi, Can you try running the case without submitting to your computation cluster? Is there any output flushed to your terminal?

I did not run on cluster, it is running on a local PC. nothing writes on terminal. Do you know how long is the run time?

Hi, I think the issue was there exists log.equil file before you run it. So lammps were not able to flush to the correct log file. I have remove all the log.* files. I also corrected my wrong reference to the compiled executable file.
Could you please pull from the repo and try again? Thanks!

It is running now. However, after each time step, I cannot see that any output is written in a specific folder. Is it correct?

Try run for a very short timesteps like 100, but make sure your dump frequency is small than 100, like 50. Check the folder again.
