<p>With over 10 years of R&D and professional engineer experience in automation, sensing and robotics technology,
Yu Lin has a track record of developing industrial robotic 2D/3D vision systems
that automatically inspect product quality and measure process variation.
As a Technology Development Senior Specialist in automotive industry, Yu is also developing automation technologies
that replace manual part loading opertion with 3D vision guided robotic bin picking and loading.
On a personal front, Yu lives in Ontario, Canada with his wife and is a pround father of 3 children.
Yu's favorite way to unwind when not in front of computer is to explore the nature and outdoors with kids.
He holds a PhD degree in Aerospace Eng., and MASc degree in Mechanical Eng. from Ryerson Univeristy.</p>
<p>Interested area: mechatronics, automation, sensors, robotics, machine vision, automated inspection, artificial intelligence, etc.</p>
