Footer on login page is not sticky

Expected Behavior

Website footer on login page remains at bottom of the screen

Actual Behavior

A website footer is placed at bottom of webpage contents and does not extend to the bottom of the screen

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Visit https://confcube.vercel.app/app/login
2. Look at the position of the footer
