Add standalone `.exe`/`.msi` to GitHub Releases

releases only include source code,
which means users have to build the app themselves or install it from the Microsoft Store.

It would be really helpful to provide a ready-to-use .exe or .msi file as part of each release.
This would make installation much easier for users who prefer not to use the Store(me).
I primary use scoop to install utility tools.

I'll help with preparing PR for this.

Good point - for now it is possible to use winget, but a small portable build could be made with very few files for package managers that don't support MSIX. The portable build would work on Windows 11 onwards because it requires WinUI as dynamic dependency. I am first completing some changes to make app's GUI more maintainable, after that is done I will work on this issue.

to see if they’re close to what you had in mind.
Let me know if there are any suggestions or changes, you’d like me to include.

A single standalone setup.exe should be sufficient for the most part.
