I compiled your project and did some testing. I seem to have encountered an issue that occurs occasionally (I can't reproduce it 100% reliably).
Sometimes OBS cannot detect the NDI source sent from the mobile device. Also, when I close OMT Camera in the background, the related processes don't seem to terminate properly. I have to reboot the phone before the sent NDI source can be received by OBS again.
Compared to NDI, the sending and receiving of this solution feels unstable and often fails to receive. It's quite confusing for me
