In the code you have "data/data_512ch/templates_post_deconv_pre_merge_2007_512chan.npy" and gneom file. They are necessary to generate a synthetic dataset. Where can I find them or how can we generate them?

Sorry for the delay. The data used here was from the following paper: "E. J. Chichilnisky and Rachel S. Kalmar. Functional asymmetries in on and off ganglion cells of primate retina. Journal of Neuroscience, 2002." Unfortunately, this dataset was not publically released, so we're not authorized to share the files above. However, the core NCP algorithm should work with a variety of dataset formats.
