Requirement Description

The PEv2 HAL interface shall achieve complete parity with the pin and parameter
specification defined in the issue. Every pin and parameter listed in the specification
shall be present in the exported HAL interface.

No pin listed in the specification shall be omitted. Additional diagnostic or debug
pins are permitted but shall not substitute for required pins.
