Minor and stylistic tutorial flaws

• cd after clone missing
• "don't forget to escape the slashes!" is confusing
• how can fuseki script create a configuration including the dataset which we will upload
• we/you inconsistency
• the current version of fuseki is started with fuseki start or run?
• it would be good if the tutorial says a couple of words about the example data. What ontology is it using and is it necessary that the data uses this ontologies?
• The fuseki config from the alod repo is already used before the alod is cloned
