Create YouGlish REST API Harness

This should be a JavaScript file that contains functions which return elements from the YouGlish REST API which can be used to compose the webpage. This is meant to be used as common code between the student and teacher views

Unfortunately, due to the nature of API key security, the calls to the API will have to be done server-side. In order to reduce the amount of server-side processing, the front-end should do as much as possible before sending the request to the server.

So they don't get exposed in the public repository, all API keys should be placed in a file named api_keys.py (which is ignored by the .gitignore on this branch) in the project root and then imported to other files as needed. The contents of the file right now should be something along the lines of:

For an example of handling incoming POST requests without creating a view, look at ComSemApp/utils.py, line 43. the transcribe() function does this.

If you look in the speech_recognition __init__.py at line 831 in the recognize_google() function, you can see an example of how to create the url from incoming data.
