Error updating with installApp but not with updateApplication

I get the following error when using `installApp`

```
 Invalid userAppName parameter: Application name <my_app_name> already exists
```

But when using `updateApplication` everything works fine. I also tried providing the `userAppName` parameter but fails with the same error message.
