implement a html application that list files from C:\ drive

under /samples/explore create a web application (any SPA js framework are welcome).

Steps to start working on the task:

1. Clone the repo
2. Click the play button on virtual studio community edition (or use dotnet run for running the main project)
3. create a folder on /samples/explore
4. build the app

and don't forget to commit and create a PR!
