Should pyobfus support configuration via pyproject.toml?

Currently pyobfus uses pyobfus.yaml for configuration.

What do you think about also supporting configuration in pyproject.toml?

Example:

[tool.pyobfus]
exclude_names = ["main", "config"]
exclude_patterns = ["test_*.py"]

Pros:

• Single configuration file for Python projects
• Standard location for Python tools
• Better integration with modern Python tooling

Cons:

• More complex parsing
• YAML is simpler and more flexible
• Need to support both formats
