release 5.0.0 #315
Description
Ok change of plans now v4 is abandoned and all work is already merged into v5
5.0.0 will be released hopefully this year :)

- Admin interface - hooked content manipulation

The first release will be mostly without ajax and with stock bootstrap js features.
This version is intended to be LTS fully featured stable forum branch.
