error during the compilation of vasp2mat.6.4-patch-1.0.1.sh

I have successfully install the vasp.6.4, however, when I trying to run the vasp2mat.6.4-patch-1.0.1.sh following the tutorial, the errors happen.

It seems the compiler can not find the meta and setxcmeta module. The detais are attached.

Do you know how to fix it?
