Node-sass fails to install, scss doesn´t compile – mac

Installed gulp, grunt, node-sass.
Ran NPM install from root.

When grunt-task is running I get this message:
jit-grunt: Plugin for the "sass" task not found.

Are you in the directory where grunt is located?

Website/wp-content/themes/scratch-theme/assets/grunt

If so, run 'npm install' in that directory and when it is finished you should be able to run grunt.

Did you run npm install -g at the root directory of the website as well?

I get this message (+ lots of warnings and errors) when i try to run 'npm install' in the grunt-directory:
Downloading binary from https://github.com/sass/node-sass/releases/download/v3.13.1/darwin-x64-64_binding.node
Cannot download "https://github.com/sass/node-sass/releases/download/v3.13.1/darwin-x64-64_binding.node":

HTTP error 404 Not Found
