The CopilotNudges is still running in the background after reboot

My task manager is filled with ShellHost.exe and at a closer inspection it runs with these arguments:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\shellhost.exe UXFrameHost 0x0 DebugWindow com.microsoft.windows.extensions.xaml.copilotnudges CopilotNudges CopilotNudgesLoader Prelaunch true

i dont have this running on build: 26200.7309...

what build are you running? and can you do a little more digging maybe use things like reg scanner, procmon and proc explorer

i just added some velocity ids that have to do with copilot nudges in this commit so maybe that will fix this: d557a79

i'm on 26200.7309 and the argument was captured via Proc Explorer. The Process Mon log for the culprit file is attached too. Basically what happens is that a ShellHost.exe instance with the above argument is created every minute after restart and will eventually crash my system. Kinnda like a memory leak.
