[comic] Build the /comics/ index — official Patreon + community translations

/comics/ is currently a stub. Build it into a real index page.

What to include

• Link to the official Patreon page for the Zombie Stage comic (VIVINOS').
• Community English translation set(s) — link only, credit the translator.
• Community Spanish translation set(s) — link only, credit the translator.
• A short "how the comic relates to the videos" paragraph (canon vs supplemental).
• Clear note: we do not re-host pages here. Reader-copies live on the
  translator's site or the artist's Patreon.

Rules

• No re-hosted comic pages in this repo.
• Every translator link needs a name + a source URL we control (their site,
  their tumblr, their Twitter, etc.).
• If a translator asks to be removed, remove them, no questions asked.

Sub-tasks (claim one at a time)

• Link to the official Patreon comic (VIVINOS')
• Index of unofficial English translations (with translator credit + permission)
• Index of Korean-language uploads with source URLs
• Index of any Japanese / Chinese / Spanish / Portuguese fan translations
• Chapter-by-chapter comic index (once the comic is far enough along)

For translation entries, we need explicit permission from the translator to link — or their original public post.
