Clean up overlap between GoldStandard, Spacewarps and PlanetHunters

These three modules all have to exist with near identical code because the ranges for which chance should apply to which number of classifications isn't a configurable field yet. We should add this into the workflow configuration, and then refactor these three modules into one. Make sure to set the new configuration on the workflows that use these three modules at the moment.

@amyrebecca @zwolf I think this would make a good first pairing project on Designator. We can walk through the workings of the code and then make this change.
