Introduce .gitattributes to enforce consistent EOL handling (default LF, CRLF for .bat/.cmd/.ps1) and mark common binaries to avoid unwanted conversions. Normalize gradlew.bat line endings to match the repository's EOL rules and prevent spurious diffs across platforms.
