Changes:NODE_SRC_REF→fb0c9089c, the rebased head of rust-sdk#2465, which was thinned 50 files → 13 and adopts protocol0.16.0-rc.9.NODE_SRC_REPO→ the canonicalrust-sdkURL, and both it and the note-transport clone authenticated. Anonymous clones from the runner started failing withcould not read Username for 'https://github.com'today; that breakage is independent of the SDK work and also affects feat(fees): pay transaction fees on every path, and prove it in CI #806.The markers below are carried over from #806 — without them the wallet builds against the published SDK and guardian packages, and the run tests nothing useful.
