Added redirect path, Automatic table creation, and URL Validator

1. Added '/r/{SHORT_CODE}' path that redirects to a long URL.
2. Improved readme file
3. Added URL Validation functionality in '/addURL', earlier just providing this path with empty or gibberish values for long parameter also created a short code.
4. Added automatic table creation functionality, a table ('1pt') in the database named '1ptco' will be automatically created if such a table does not exist.
