Spend may mint a gift invoice only when the Lightning Address belongs to a 21.gifts account that already has a passkey. GET /invoices/passkey exposes that check; POST /invoices returns 403 Passkey required otherwise. Co-authored-by: TaprootFreakAI <315477232+TaprootFreakAI@users.noreply.github.com>
