Replace the decorative welcome icon with the approved combined gift-and-Bitcoin SVG. Preserve its 48px size, theme color, and aria-hidden behavior. Keep in-card payment controls unchanged. Update the handbook/UI specification and 134 affected Linux Chromium screenshots across desktop/mobile and light/dark modes.
Validation: all six CI jobs passed on the final commit: typecheck, lint, formatting, handbook/E2E/screenshot completeness, 1,390 unit tests with 100% coverage, production build, behavioral E2E, and all four visual regression projects. Linux screenshot differences were inspected before refreshing the baselines.
