The default Active view hides notes that have not received Bitcoin. Add a visible No gifts yet filter (German: Noch ohne Geschenk) beside Active so visitors can find zero-sat notes, including notes without a receiving wallet.
Use a two-column filter layout for mobile readability, preserve Active as the default and chronological ordering, and add a specific empty state. Filtering applies to the already-loaded messages. Includes all four translations, handbook/catalog updates, filtering tests, browser scenarios, and 148 verified Linux screenshot baselines.
Validation: all six CI jobs passed on 2440cfd: typecheck, lint, handbook/E2E/screenshot gates, 1,392 unit tests with 100% coverage (one existing skip), production build, behavioral E2E, and all four desktop/mobile light/dark visual suites. Local typecheck, lint, documentation gates, unit coverage, and production build also passed.
