Founders and moderators can remove a forum post using an icon-only trash control and explicit inline confirmation. Pending requests disable both actions; failures preserve the post and allow retry. Other roles see no control. Successful deletion removes the local post and closes its open reply/payment state; stale refresh payloads cannot restore it.
Includes a same-origin DELETE proxy, all four locale catalogs, handbook entries, role and interaction tests, browser scenarios and 16 reviewed Linux screenshots. Requires 21gifts/api#101, which independently enforces the live role. Deploy the API before this frontend.
Validation: local typecheck, lint, documentation gates, production build and 1,408 passing unit tests (one existing skip) with 100% coverage. The delete control also tests and covers rapid duplicate clicks. Behavioral E2E and CI build/unit checks pass; final visual regression run is in progress on f2299d6.
