Hourly 1248 HIGH fold into Augustus on a fresh branch off latest main. Does not reopen or amend PR #23–#45. Does not bump 0.5.0.

What this fold adds

research/notes.md §123, composition items 385–400, findings batch #105. uniqueness_gate now checks the 1248 lock as one consecutive substring across the 21 overlays, on top of 0843 + 0915 + jcr + 0922 + 0940 + 0947 + 1049 + 1143.

Primary lens: decide is not generate. juspay/neurolink tryDecide returns typed calibrated judgments, not a token stream.

Class members: GLiNER locate / GLiClass categorize ports (Swift, C, Rust, JS, Java, ultrafast, scx-router). Ports are class members, not Jev replicas.

Novel HIGH (selected): hermes-jev-approvals (GitHub 8.7x / 153 vs corrected 156-case 9.8x; 153 was a reporting error; independent 1.24x theirs; approvals only), scx-router, typesafeai-dotnet-sdk (not affiliated), kushals256/jevcache (namesake lock vs hyperspaceai/jevcache), ST-jeved.

Revisit densify (keep original section ids):

Pushable FAIL found on 8d755c1 and fixed in 5426f7e: uniqueness_gate docstring claimed composition items 385–400 exist, but the loop stopped at 384 (same hole #44 closed for 369–384). Deleting the 1248 algebra block would still have passed. Loop now includes range(385, 401). Helper --self-test now also refuses moving the 1248 densify store off original section ids.
