Reflect ea526e6: the method now merges memory_urls (Gist) with known_urls (local) to avoid re-probing locally-known parts when Gist is behind local state.
Reflect the new scoring formula: pos_score and interval_score are combined via geometric mean before subtracting neg penalty. Document _conditional_interval_scores (weighted log-interval KDE) and _cyclic_similarity_to_reference in algorithm guide and code reference.
