The goal of this project is to build a comprehensive media scanner that's main goal is to generate BBCode output such
as track listings, or screenshots of video clips.  Allowing artists using electronic distribution, to quickly
generate an informative online post in the most widely used forum mark-up,promoting their creative works.

This application requires that you have the following libraries installed.

Cheetah
Mutagen

To build your own templates, use the syntax from http://packages.python.org/Cheetah/ and put them in the templates
directory.  Use the -x and -v options to specify the template file for audio (-x) and/or video (-v).
