Fix storage bar alignment and GPU cell semantics

Summary

• center storage used/free bar segments in a shared track so row padding does not offset the thin free segment
• remove duplicated GPU utilization from the card header and remove the temperature meter bar
• keep temperature as the card header KPI and keep GPU/VRAM/PWR as meter bars

• Playwright DOM measurement: storage used/free/track centers all aligned at 0px delta; GPU labels are TEMP in the header and GPU/VRAM/PWR in meters
