Summary:

  • stretch storage grid rows so each cell shares the same row height
  • center storage row cell contents vertically
  • align used and free storage bar segments on the same center line
  • update Hugo CSS snapshot

Tests:

  • git diff --check
  • webview/hugo/test/run.sh
  • Playwright geometry check: column left/width spread 0, row top/height spread 0, used/free center delta 0
