Fix: demo footer leaked a personal email address - #65

The demo page is a standalone static file and never picked up the Footer.astro fix for this — its own hardcoded mailto still pointed at the operator's personal address instead of the generic contact one. Found by a live-production visual QA pass, not caught pre-ship.
