Since it's a snapshot and there's lots of things I need to fix, I'm PRing it to my nextgen branch instead of the upstream nextgen branch.
Waiting for https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/projects/KT/issues/KT-83314/JSpecify-NullMarked-changes-Java-equalsObject-to-equalsAny-causing-override-conflict-in-Kotlin-2.3 to be fixed so I can do more stuff
also I had to use loom-remap because we use parchment and also because for some reason it'll error with

if I don't use loom-remap then that doesn't happen, but then this happens (I had to disable intermediary mappings):

Could not create task ':genSourcesWithCfr'.
Could not create task of type 'GenerateSourcesTask'.
Mapping tree must have official src mappings not intermediary
