Messages that trigger a push rule with
highlight: true(e.g. @mentions, keyword matches) now receive a full-width background highlight in the room timeline. Notifications with a sound tweak ("Notify Loud") use a warning-amber colour; silent highlights use the secondary-surface colour. Both colours adapt automatically to the active theme.feat: notification settings page improvements
