Review RSV pipeline

Last updated in February 2026.
This includes my edits to run the RSV model, primarily RSV.qmd.
For @jcblemai and @CyGei to review to keep relevant code for lastest version of InfluPaint.

@CyGei Would it be possible to do some clean-up:

• remove files and experiments, (e.g the css quarto files). This should be stored somewhere else (or at least, in one folder)
• Remove changes that are purely cosmetic (newlines, quotes), though we could do that manually.
