- Ensure the project contains
Indicators_Targets and Data Reference tables that are PERFECTLY compliant.
- Add record to the PFdb, and add in all the relevant details
- Think about testing strategy. It would be ideal if this battery of tests didn't run always, ONLY ran on pull-requests. That way we could add a lot of agility to everything. But don't know how to implement that
