Add BreakVault 30-day operating system and secure SportsCardsPro integration

What changed

• adds the Aug. 17, 2026 BreakVault operating model for Daily 25 content, live breaks, evidence controls, and equipment roles
• adds the ACoolCOLLECTOR agent mesh and reusable inventory/market/content/break/QA skill specifications
• adds a bounded scripts/sportscardspro_refresh.py current-guide refresh utility with secret-only authentication
• refreshes SportsCardsPro API guidance to current documented endpoints, daily CSV behavior, current-price limitations, and redistribution controls
• adds .gitignore and .env.example
• removes the committed .env.local from this branch

Why

The repo already defined ACoolOMNI, inventory, RASCI, and SportsCardsPro integration, but it did not yet carry the executable 30-day break/content operating layer or a safe current-guide refresh path.

Security note

Because .env.local existed on the public default branch before this PR, any real credential that was stored there should be rotated after this PR is merged. Removing the file does not remove it from historical Git objects.

Validation / operating gates

• SportsCardsPro data is treated as internal guide/demand input unless redistribution rights are cleared.
• premium pricing still requires exact-version/condition proof and completed-sale evidence.
• the sync script writes a new CSV and caps request volume by default rather than mutating the source inventory.
• duplicate/reconciliation holds remain outside public sale/break queues until resolved.
