What This Is

SnapKitty OS is a Stochastic Autonomous Compute Mesh (SACM) — a sovereign AI operating system that runs entirely on hardware it controls, governs itself through immutable structural axioms, and produces cryptographically verifiable audit trails accessible to the public.

Every agent decision passes through two sealing layers:

Layer 1 — Ed25519 (Node.js)

Layer 2 — HMAC-SHA256 WORM Chain (Rust)

chainHash[n] = HMAC-SHA256(secret, prevHash + id + timestamp + body)
