Summary: Adds 1.6.0/1.6.1 changelog entries, refreshes English/Korean README coverage for gua top and GUA Board cloud streaming, and adds docs images for gua top and board. The board image was regenerated after replacing the placeholder name with James. Verification: rg for 이기훈/홍길동 returned no matches; git diff --check passed.
