Issues:

1. Invalid Button color on dark mode Invalid Theme Res #60
2. text view with Id @textview2 should reference theme primary color it is currently referencing colors res
3. Hard coded text sizes. Should reference material text appearance style
4. Duplicate set content view in onCreate
5. Input visibility toggle for password field is visible by default.
6. Invalid input field outline color should reference theme primary color Invalid Theme Res #60
7. RadioButton background drawable doesn't support dark theme
8. button view with id @btn_sign_up_apply has hard coded text and has invalid text. Text should be Register not Apply.
9. Bottom Sheet theme doesn't look good on dark mode.
10. Back stack should be cleared after navigating forward.
