Reverts #4## Summary

Promotes the current develop branch to main.

This PR contains the accumulated RedOps development work, including:

  • AI execution architecture
  • Provider and Temporal queue wiring
  • Evaluation execution improvements
  • Metric infrastructure
  • Red-team and agent evaluation foundations
  • Infrastructure and startup fixes
  • Repository architecture cleanup
  • Documentation and engineering workflow improvements

Verification

The development branch has been continuously verified through the project's backend and frontend quality gates.

No unrelated project artifacts are intended to be included.
