Add a checker to validate /reserved-memory regions and Memory Reservation Block entries in the Devicetree against the UEFI memory map. The change integrates reserved_memory_map_checker.py into the DT ACS flow, uses BsaDevTree.dtb as the DTB input, validates no-map regions against Reserved memory and other reserved regions against Boot Services Data, and treats missing MRB entries as no ranges requiring validation. Adds a Devicetree memory-map compliance checker to validate /reserved-memory regions and Memory Reservation Block entries against the UEFI memory map.
The change integrates reserved_memory_map_checker.py into the DT ACS flow and uses the firmware-generated BsaDevTree.dtb together with memmap.log as inputs.
The checker validates that:
/reserved-memory regions with no-map are fully covered by Reserved (EfiReservedMemoryType) entries in the UEFI memory map.
Other static /reserved-memory regions are fully covered by BS_Data (EfiBootServicesData) entries.
Memory Reservation Block entries are fully covered by Reserved entries.
DTBs with no Memory Reservation Block entries are treated as having no MRB ranges requiring validation.
