- add Gicv3 validation to B_GIC_02
- add gicv2m tests
- consolidate the checklist
- Add GICv3 checks provided by rule
to the test
- Run the GICv2m Appendix I.5, I.6, and I.9
tests as part of B_GIC_02 only on GICv2m systems
- Apply the same GICv2m selection to non-rule-based
execution
