Update social media links

Updated the social media links in src/theme.config.ts to the correct ASE NSBM handles for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. Also corrected the label for LinkedIn and ensured proper capitalization for other labels. Verified the Github link is already correct.
