Support NM-CYD-C5 and ESP32-2432S028R ( CYD-2USB)

Support NM-CYD-C5 and ESP32-2432S028R.

TODO:

• The NM-CYD-C5 support dual band ( 2.4G/5G) WiFi 6, can do more scan works.
• The splash file not the origin one, poor precision.
• The color of NM-CYD-C5 may swaped.
• change the macro DEVICE_NM_CYD_C5 or DEVICE_CYD_2USB, need change the USER_Setup.h file.
• Don't know more about the project design, more testing works need to be done.

I’m not going to resolve these conflicts directly in GitHub because this PR is larger than I want to merge as-is.

If you don't mind, please rebase this branch onto current main and trim the PR so it only contains Rogue Radar app/config/doc changes. I do not want TFT_eSPI source/header/setup files bundled into this repo.

Once that is done, I’m happy to review the smaller PR.

The the ESP32-C5 is a new chip, the TFT_eSPI library don't support. And for different board, may will different USER_Setup.h

I'm working on a v1.0.1 and addressing the airtag functionality. So I'll be pushing a new build soon. Once I get that done and you pull changes, I'll merge the builds.
