Added and corrected translation: Denchik7144
Второе изменение в переводе на русский язык. Исправил перевод до строки ~3000 и начал переводить то, что не было переведено ранее. Second change to the translation into Russian. Corrected the translation up to line ~3000 and started translating what wasn't translated before.
The UI with all the game settings has been translated. I also added and corrected the rest of the text. Был переведён UI со всеми настройками игры. Так же немного добавил и подправил остальной текст.
