@sonya-orlova Yes, in adguard-cli dns filters list --all user can list all predefined filters, and add any of them:

Oops, group names are wrong (from adblock filter lists), we'll fix this

If i'm not mistaken, we have it not only for 'dns filters' but for 'filters' also. It parses the IDs/names, adds those filters to the corresponding filter manager and then enables them
