Self-contained static landing page under site/, served from Cloudflare Pages at https://cross-control.adjoint.uk. Single index.html with all CSS and JS inline, no build step, no external requests (CSP-locked via site/_headers). Lives in the repo so it stays in sync with what ships. Hero is a live cursor-crossing demo between two machines; sections cover the KVM-landscape comparison, features, the loopback one-machine demo, and install. Theme-aware (light/dark), responsive, reduced-motion aware. Point Cargo.toml homepage and a README badge at the new domain. site/README.md documents the one-time Cloudflare Pages setup.
